Youth Event

During the July school holidays we held our first Youth event at Flip-Out in Albury.

Why? Some of our young people in out of home care say no-one understands what I’m going through, not my carers, not my workers and not even my friends- and they are right! Having this event allowed our young people to meet others that are in a similar situation and to connect whilst enjoying a fun activity.

Next event is planned to take place during the September school holidays in Wangaratta

Carers for Crisis

(Article in the Albury Wodonga News Weekly 21st October 15)

Dozens of children on the Border are having to sleep in motels or travel hours away from their hometown due to a shortage of foster carers in the area. Each night in the North East alone around 106 children will spend a night in care.

If you would like to help keep children safe in a home environment please contact us.
