17th – 18th March – Albury Gold Cup

The Commercial Club Albury Gold Cup Carnival is now clearly established as one of the premier country racing carnivals in Australia.   Winner of the prestigious Racing NSW award for the ‘Most Popular Country Feature Racemeeting’ in 2009, 2008, 2006, 2004 and 2003.  The Albury Gold Cup is recognised as an icon event for the fast developing city of Albury.  $675,800 in prizemoney, trophies and bonuses on offer over two days with the feature race – $170,000 Listed Commercial Club Albury Gold Cup (2000m).;
