About the National Day of Action
The National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence is held annually on the third Friday of March. It is an opportunity for the whole school community to ‘take a stand together’ against bullying and violence.
The day is an initiative of all Australian education authorities and is managed by the Safe and Supportive School Communities Working Group.
UMFC acknowledges the First Peoples of Australia as the traditional custodians of the land on which we work. We acknowledge their culture is a living one, which relates to their ongoing connection to all things living and non-living on land, sea and sky. We pay our respect to their elders past and present. May our children of today lead us to a better tomorrow.
