Join our movement – one child, one family at a time, together we are positively shifting the dial for vulnerable children and families within our regional, rural and remote communities.

At Upper Murray Family Care (UMFC), we are passionate about providing meaningful support for children, young people, individuals and families.

UMFC is a Child Safe organisation and is committed to child safety. We want children to be safe, happy and empowered. We support and respect all children as well as our staff and volunteers. We are committed to the safety, participation and empowerment of all children.

Every day we live by our values – unwavering integrity, considered empathy, determined advocacy, passionately optimistic, bravely collaborative. Our workplace Sanctuary Model, an evidence based, trauma informed model guides staff to build strong, caring communities and focus on safety and wellbeing for everyone in the organisation.  We welcome diversity and encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and LGBTIQ+ individuals. If these values resonate with you, we’d love you to join us.
