Payment and Invoicing Terms and Conditions
All counselling sessions must be paid in full before or on the day of the appointment. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other accepted methods. Please note that a small surcharge (typically between $2 and $4) applies for credit card payments to cover processing fees.
Failure to make payment on the day of the appointment may result in the rescheduling or cancellation of future sessions. If another organisation is funding your sessions, that organisation will be invoiced for the sessions as agreed.
NDIS Participants Invoicing Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms: All invoices are due and payable within seven (7) days from the date of issuance.
Outstanding Invoices: If any invoice remains unpaid for more than fourteen (14) days from the due date, all services and appointments will be suspended until full payment of the outstanding amount is received.
Cancelation fees and procedures
To ensure a timely and consistent therapeutic service, we strive to offer regular sessions for all families engaged with the program. If you or your family needs to pause or stop sessions at any time, please discuss this with your counsellor.
If a family cancels or misses 3 sessions (whether consecutive or non-consecutive), they may be placed on a waitlist or have their service closed. For funded sessions, we will provide you with clear details regarding the timeframe in which your funded sessions must be completed (e.g., a package of 10 sessions must be used within 6 months from the start date).
If you are paying for your family’s sessions
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time: a $30.00 service fee will be charged. The next session will not be able to go ahead until payment is made.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: The session can be rescheduled without penalty.
If your sessions are paid for by another organisation:
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time: The session will be counted as “attended” and deducted from the total number of funded sessions.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: The session can be rescheduled without penalty.
