Caring for someone can be a rewarding experience, but sometimes carers need looking after too. We recognise that for care relationships to be maintained both the carer and the person receiving care should have access to services suitable to their needs.

UMFC’s Interchange program provides a range of respite, social and recreational opportunities to children and young people with disability, their carers and families. Our Interchange staff work directly with individuals, their families and carers to build strong community connections and support options.
